HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Express orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, while standard shipping takes 7–10 business days.

Please note that during busy periods (such as sales, promotions, public holidays or Christmas) dispatch may take a little longer. While we aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, we can’t control delays caused by the courier once your package has been sent.

WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?

Most orders are sent from our logistics centre in Hong Kong. If an item isn’t available there, it will be shipped from the PL HQ in Australia.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If you place your order on a business day before 12pm AWST, it will be dispatched the same day.Orders placed after 12pm AWST or on weekends and public holidays will ship the following business day. During busy times like Christmas or sales, please allow a few extra days for dispatch.

WHAT COURIER DO WE USE?

DHL Express orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, while standard shipping via ECMS takes 7–10 business days.Please note, while we always do our best to meet our delivery estimates, we’re not responsible for unexpected courier delays that are beyond our control.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

We cover all duties and VAT for customers in the UK and EU zone!

If you’re ordering from outside these regions, any applicable duties, taxes or fees will need to be paid upon delivery.

LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

In the unlikely event that your package is deemed lost or delivered incorrectly after an investigation by DHL/ECMS, we will make every effort to recover or resend your order.

Poppy Lissiman cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost parcels once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier. 

If your order is deemed undeliverable and returned to us for any reason (including customs fees not paid or unable to deliver to the provided address) our Customer Care team will attempt to reach out immediately.

Once the shipment has been returned to origin you will be issued with a credit note minus a $70 AUD fee, which includes the cost of shipping, customs duties and taxes involved in the redirection of the package back to us.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Pre-order items will be processed as usual, but they will be shipped at a later date. The expected shipping date will be listed on the product page. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that we will wait to ship everything together once all items are available.
