Expect all orders to take between 3-7 working days for DHL Express delivery. Orders placed during public holidays or busy periods such as a promotions, sales, pre-orders and Christmas may take a few extra days to dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen shipping delays that are outside of our control.

All orders are sent from our logistics centre in Hong Kong using DHL Express couriers. In some instances where an item is not available at our warehouse in Hong Kong we may ship from our head office in Australia.

If you place an order on a business day before 12pm AWST, it will dispatch the same day. If placed after 12pm AWST, it will dispatch the following business day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.

We use DHL Express couriers for all shipments. DHL shipments must be to a residential or business address (not a PO Box) and be signed for on delivery.

We cover the duties and VAT for all UK and EU zone customers. Customers not in the UK/EU zone will need to pay for all duties, taxes and fees on delivery if applicable.

In the unlikely event that your package is deemed lost or delivered incorrectly after an investigation by DHL, we will make every effort to replace and resend your order.
Poppy Lissiman cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost parcels once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier.
If your order is deemed undeliverable and returned to us for any reason (including customs fees not paid or unable to deliver to the provided address) our Customer Care team will attempt to reach out immediately.
Once the shipment has been returned to origin you will be issued with a credit note minus a $70 AUD fee, which includes the cost of shipping, customs duties and taxes involved in the redirection of the package back to us.
