ARCHIVE STORE RETURNS POLICY
ARCHIVE STORE RETURNS POLICY
All purchases made on the Poppy Lissiman Archive Store are STRICTLY FINAL and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Due to the nature of our Archive Store, products which are listed may have some imperfections and we are unable to list the imperfection for each individual product.

Please note due to a high volume of orders during the Archive Sale, some orders are expected to take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive. We suggest keeping an eye on your tracking for any possible delays. All orders are shipped from our Head Office in Fremantle, Western Australia. Please see below for courier information.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
All orders will be shipped with Aus Post Express, and tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer upon dispatch of order.
REST OF THE WORLD CUSTOMERS
All orders will be shipped with DHL Express, and tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer upon dispatch of order.
Please note that DHL shipments must be to a residential or business address (not a PO Box) and be signed for on delivery. If the receiver authorises DHL to leave their parcel without signature, they release DHL and Poppy Lissiman from all liability for any loss or damage that may result from the delivery of their shipment.
Import taxes, duties and charges are at the cost of the customer upon delivery. If you choose to reject your delivery, you will incur a $40 AUD fee.
When orders are shipped internationally estimated delivery times may vary due to individual processes procedures, courier services, customs delays, covid related stoppages and proximity to capital cities.

The Poppy Lissiman Archive Store has a minimum spend of $60 AUD.

Samples include PL pieces used on photoshoots, as well as some styles which were never put into production. Please note samples may have small imperfections.

WHAT DOES 'IMPERFECT' OR 'SAMPLE' CONDITION' MEAN?
WHAT DOES 'IMPERFECT' OR 'SAMPLE' CONDITION' MEAN?
This means the item has visible aesthetic flaw/s but is still in working condition. This could be a small mark, missing alternate strap on a bag, small scratch on eyewear lense. Sample items may have been used on photoshoots, and due to this they may also have some imperfections listed above.
